About Us
CTC Machining, a CNC Milling LLC, prioritizes quality and customer service. Founded and led by CEO Ben Shawver, a machining industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Ben ensures every project meets high standards. His career began at Western Industrial Machining in high school, followed by a 9-year tenure at Ridge Engineering, where he mastered CNC milling and programming. Ben then contributed his skills to the defense sector at Orbital ATK and Fleck Machine.
Later, he returned to Ridge Engineering, managing raw material purchases and supplier negotiations. After another 9 years, Ben joined Raloid Corporation as Director of Purchasing and CNC Mill and Lathe Supervisor, a role he has held for over four years. In 2022, Ben acquired a Tormach CNC Mill, leveraging his expertise to create custom parts for a diverse clientele, including commercial enterprises, private individuals, and the racing industry.
